Announcing the

2012 Beautiful Babies Contest

WHO: Any child aged 0 to 36 months is eligible for entry into the contest

WHAT: The Beautiful Babies Contest is a annual Ypsilanti Heritage Festival Tradition, presented by the Ypsilanti Area Jaycees. Unlike a traditional festival pageant, the Beautiful Babies Contest's winners are determined by participants paid votes.

This year's contest will award prizes, to be announced, to winners in the 0 to 18 months and the 19 to 36 months categories.

WHERE: Votes are PURCHASED at the Beautiful Babies booth in the Children's area at the Heritage Festival from Noon Friday, August 17^th until 2:00pm Sunday, August 19^th.

Votes can also be purchased via our online voting system at http://ypsilantijaycees.com. Online voting is open from Noon Friday, August 17th until 12:00am Sunday, August 19^th.

(This is NOT a juried contest: Winners are solely determined by the number of votes purchased at the festival booth and online at http://ypsilantijaycees.com).

TO REGISTER: (Entry is limited to the first 150 registrants)

Please include the following:

- One Photo (no larger than 4”x6”)

- Completed Application (including signature on the back of this form)

- Entry Fee (see Below)

EARLY REGISTATION: $10.00, postmarked by Tues. August 14^th
