2023 Year-End Vacancy Report

Swisher Commercial recently released its 31st annual survey of vacancy rates for office and flex space in the Ann Arbor area for year-end 2023. They surveyed 299 buildings of 5,000 square feet or larger, totaling over 11 million square feet of space. Jason Um will present highlights of this report and talk about what it means for our local community. This report is a must-see for anyone interested in the Washtenaw County business community.
