Jin Shin Jyutsu is a gentle healing art that uses breath, touch, and awareness to support physical, mental, and emotional well-being. In this class series, you'll learn easy self-care practices you can use anytime at home, at work, or in moments of stress.
This series will explore:
- The power of breath to calm the body & mind
- How thoughts & emotions can show up in the body, & how to support them
- Simple touch points (called "Safety Energy Locks") to restore balance
- Finger holds to harmonize mood, energy, immunity & more!
This class is designed for all bodies and all levels of experience-no special background is needed.
Facilitated by Jenny Swiecicki, a Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioner and teacher with over 25 years of experience. Jenny is passionate about helping people reconnect with their inner wisdom and resilience through this powerful healing art.
