About Us

The McFate Group is a design-build firm and construction management contractor specializing in commercial and industrial structures throughout the Midwest and Texas. As a certified Butler Builder, we tend to focus on pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMBs) and Butler Manufacturing systems and products. The McFate Group is headquartered in Dexter, Michigan, with a second location in Montgomery, Texas. We operate in Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, Texas, Mississippi, and Florida, and look forward to building more relationships throughout the Midwest and the Greater Houston area.

The McFate Group has offered turnkey construction solutions since 1997. Single-source responsibility means we provide a full scope of services in all phases of construction, from design and budget development to completion. We work with clients to complete projects on time, within budget and with the highest-quality craftsmanship.
