Please join the U-M Rogel Cancer Center Office of Community Outreach and Engagement on Saturday, December 7th for Get Healthy Together. A FREE in-person health and wellness program for all. This health promotion event will provide education, health screenings, opportunities to interact with community organizations, Q&A’s with our medical experts, raffle prizes, and more. Time: 8:30 am – 11:00 am (EST). A complimentary hot breakfast and health screenings will be available at 8:30am.

Complimentary Health Screenings provided by KDSAP: Blood Pressure, Weight/BMI, A1-C, Urinalysis for Kidney Function, Medical Consultation with U-M doctors (*must be 18 or older for screenings)
